Peoplework are developing an e-learning portal to further enhance the training experience for our clients and trainees. The new portal will allow customers to login and have their own dedicated pages with their own personal customer care programme including information, videos, on-line tests and pass certificates. All of this is designed to make the customer care training programme easier to manage, even more interesting and engaging and above all effective.
